			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Weld Line/ Material Flow Line-Injection Mould Defect Analysis</p>
<p>1, Appearance</p>
<p>Weld line often appears in the place which every fluid meet. Especially in the high-polished surface in mould, weld line in the plastic product just like a mark or slot, it is obviously in the plastic products with dark color or transparent plastic products. Weld line’s location is always depending on the material flow direction.</p>
<p>2, Physical reason</p>
<p>The location of weld line is where melt material separate but connect again area. It will form weld line and material flow line in the place two melt material meet again. The bigger core around melt material is, the more obvious the melt line will be. But the small weld line will not affect products quality and strength.</p>
<p>However, if the flow distance is too long or the pressure is not high enough, inadequate filling will lead to a slot. The quantity of gate and the location of gate also determine the weld line’s quantity and location. The smaller fluid -striker angle is, the more obvious the weld line will be.</p>

<p>The commonest plastic that can be found in daily life is polyethylene (<strong>PE</strong>) which is polymerized from ethylene industrially fractionated from petroleum.</p>
<p>Polymerized of low density added with a small quantity of oxygen is  heated to 200℃ under a high pressure of approximately 2000 air pressure,  white wax like <strong>PE</strong> can there be obtained, and the method is called high pressure ethylene <strong>PE</strong>. With special organic metal catalyzer, the ethylene can be polymerized under normal temperature into <strong>PE</strong> is generally a milk white, translucent or opaque substance which is  higher than water and can fall drop by drop like olefin when being  burnt. It has sound water resistance, electric insulation, acid and  alkali resistance. The substance can dissolve in hot toluene yet is  quite stable against most chemicals and therefore it can be easily  molded. The melt index indicates the fusion viscosity of polyethylene;  the smaller the index is, the large the molecular weight and the higher  the mechanical strength, although the fluidity is lower.</p>

<p>The low heart resistance and the inactive chemical property of <strong>PE</strong> result in bad printing and bonding.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>PP is closely connected with PP with respect to raw materials, manufacturing technique as well as properties. The raw materials, i.e. PP and ethylene, are both contained in a large amount in the decomposing gas of petroleum. Above all, PP and PP are manufactured with the same industrial method, namely, through polymerization with catalyzer under low temperature. PP is an equilibrious polymer, with regular molecular structure and orderly arrangement, and which is provided with high crystallinity and superior heat resistance and intensity. Its relative density is 0.90~0.92 and thus is the lightest plastic. It can burn PP after being ignited, with rather stinky smoke, which can be differentiated from PP. The softening point of PP, far higher than PP of high density, can reach 170℃. It is sound of transparency and high tensile resistance and surface hardness.<br />

<p>PP is of low impact resistance under low temperature. Foodstuff containers made of such substance can crack easily if falling off during their being taken in or out of the refrigerator. Moreover, it cannot resist against ultraviolet radiation.</p>
<p>PP can be used to make shells of electric appliances, water buckets, food stuff containers, pipes and tubes, filter cloth, fishnet and ropes etc.</p>

<p>Due to the high precise machining and rigorous dimensions controlling, in our Cap Mold all the same parts realized interchangeable, and for so many components which are same in different molds, we kept them as the stocks for faster delivery time and prompt services to our customers.</p>
<p>    * Cap Mold injection molding speed.</p>
<p>We considered the mold running speed from the mold design, such like injection system, guiding system, ejection system and cooling system.</p>

<p>We have designed the electronic eye on the cap molds to be sure that if there is some cap has not drop down, the mold will not closed. Also there is stroke switches on the mold to be sure the ejection return strokes are correct. In this way, we kept sure that the mold will be long life running.</p>
